This Privacy Policy explains how Master International A/S (“we”, “us”) process personal data.

3. HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you enter, submit, or access your personal information. Our security is reviewed by an independent 3rd party on an annual basis.
4. DESCRIPTION OF THE PROCESSING
4.1. Provision of our services
We use your personal data in order to provide our services to you, including the delivery of courses and seminars, where we use your personal data to be able to contact you before, during and after the event in question. Furthermore, we use your personal data to improve our customer service, as your information helps us to respond more effectively to your customer service requests.
4.1.1. Categories of personal data
In order to provide our services and to improve our customer service, we process ordinary personal data such as name, job title, email address, telephone number and place of employment.
4.1.2. Sources of the personal data
We collect your personal data from yourself or your employer.
4.1.3 Legal basis for the processing
We process your personal data pursuant to article 6.1.b (necessary for the performance of the contract between you and us) and article 6.1.f (necessary for the pursuit of our legitimate interests in providing the best possible and most effective customer service).
4.1.4. Recipients
We share your information with suppliers that we work with to assist our company, meaning IT service providers that are assisting Master International A/S.
4.1.5. Data retention
We retain your personal data for as long as is necessary for the purposes of the course or seminar in question and for the evaluation of such course or seminar. If the data subject gives permission to retain the data for longer, then it will be automatically deleted a maximum of 12 months after the last activity with the data.
A course may be one of a number of related courses or networking activities described in advance, and in such situations, we will keep your personal data until the entire process or networking activities have been completed and evaluated.
If you are employed by one of our clients, we will keep your data as long as we have a business relationship with the client in question.
If the event is subject to an attendance fee, we will keep invoicing data during the relevant financial year plus five years, as laid down in the Danish Bookkeeping Act.
4.2. Marketing
We use your personal data for marketing-related purposes, including customer relation management, to target our communication with you in view of your areas of interests and focus and to send you relevant product promotion in the form of i.a. newsletters and e-mail campaigns.

In order to market our products, we process ordinary personal data such as name, email address and telephone number.
4.2.2. Sources of the personal data
We collect your personal data from yourself, online sources, e.g. social media that are publicly available and from public authorities.
4.2.3. Legal basis for the processing
We process your personal data pursuant to article 6.1.a (consent) and article 6.1.f (necessary for the pursuit of our legitimate interests as regards the marketing of our products, i.a. to direct attention to our company and services).
4.2.4. Recipients
We share your information with suppliers that we work with to assist our company, meaning IT service providers that are assisting Master International A/S.
4.2.5. Data retention
In general, personal data will be deleted no later than after 12 months’ inactivity (private customers) following the data collection.

5. TRANFSERS TO COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EU/EEA
This site is hosted using Umbraco Cloud and therefore in some cases we will be transferring personal data to countries outside the EU/EEA. See the lists of sub-processors which Umbraco engaged here.
6. YOUR RIGHTS
You have the following rights:
(a) You are entitled to request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data.
(b) You are also entitled to oppose the processing of your personal data and to request restriction of the processing of your personal data.
(c) You have in particular an unconditional right to oppose the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes. (d) If the processing of your personal data is based on your consent, you are entitled to revoke such consent at any time. Revocation of your consent will not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out prior to your revocation of consent.
(e) You have the right to receive your personal information in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format (data portability).
(f) You can always lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, for example the Danish Data Protection Agency.
